As a System Engineer, you will be a member of the IT infrastructure team, under the responsibility of the Head of IT. You will be building, monitoring and operating the IT infrastructure.

Description

Spearheading the evolution of the bank’s Campus and Datacentre infrastructure to guarantee the stability and high quality of service provided to clients, employees, and external partners
Actively supporting ongoing IT projects in cooperation with other IT, development, and business teams
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
Proposing improvements for easier management and higher effectiveness of systems operations
Actively managing the overall system inventory and infrastructure capacity
Defining and implementing new system-related standards
Supporting the preparation and implementation of complex infrastructure changes
Acting as a technical interface with IT vendors
On-Call support participation

Profile

Between five and ten years of experience, preferably in the banking sector or related industry, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Vendor certification such as Microsoft Azure / M365
A real team player with good communication skills
Confirmed hands-on experience as a system engineer in banking with a complex and distributed network environment
Experience Azure DevOps
Experience Azure cloud & security
Experience in on-premise Active Directory / DNS / GPO
Good Proficiency in Azure Applications
Good Proficiency in Azure Active Directory & SSO
Good Proficiency in Azure Architecture & Infrastructure
Experience in Management systems like SCCM (MECM) & Intune
Experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange / Teams / Sharepoint)
Experience in Scripting (Powershell / CMD)
Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Cloud knowledge as AWS is desirable
Fluency in French and good proficiency in English

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
