                 We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Customer Service department.

Main tasks

  • Handle day-to-day customer inquiries by phone, emails and chats focused on trading.
  • Assist clients on technical issues, trading queries and platform usability
  • Identify ways to provide smooth user-experience for every customer, whenever possible
  • Ensure to deliver a service of quality in all forms of communication
  • Work in a diversified team in close cooperation with all the departments at the headquarters.
  • Various administrative activities
  • Independent processing of customer complaint

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed bank training and 1-2 years of experience in the industry
  • In addition to your French mother tongue, you have excellent proficiency in English, a third language would be an asset.
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact and have a sense for networking
  • You have an interest in trading and the stock market
  • You have the ability to recognize risks and assess them according to their urgency
  • You are flexible about working hours
  • You are dynamic, willing to learn and stress-resistant
  • You have basic mathematical knowledge
  • You are a Swiss-resident or willing to relocate
  • You have a blank criminal record and certificate of non-prosecution
