Private Sales

Primary function of position:

Good communication and sales skills, in addition to being able to solve problems and carry out administrative tasks. Efficiently handle customers ‘needs such as trading platform inquires, financial products information, cross selling products as well as to carry out customer follow-up.

Professionally answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at sales and service support levels.

Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools.

Work closely with other teams such as Customer Service, Compliance and Central File.

Main tasks

  • Passion for sales and talent to inspire and convince your prospects.
  • Generate added value for Flowbank with your ability to convince clients on phone.
  • Cross sell products and customers retention. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Execute retention strategies as part of the customer success.
  • Communicate corporate action notifications, marketing offers and any other relevant news to clients.
  • Have contact with domestic and international clients.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Quickly become knowledgeable on policies, processes, and procedures, as well as knowledge of our product and pricing models.
  • Ability to explain financial products in a simple and understandable way
  • Act as an interface between clients and platform, an important factor for a successful client experience.
  • Provide platform and product presentations.
  • Handle day-to-day customer inquiries by phone, emails and provide high standard resolutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and deliver a service of quality in all forms of communication.
  • Assist prospects with their onboarding and account opening related matters. Processing customer complaints, error reports and commercial gestures. Assist clients on technical issues, trading queries and platform usability. Effectively follow up customers’ requests to assure a customer service of quality.
  • Support general administrative functions according to business needs. Various administrative activities (KYC clarifications, updating customer information, etc.).
  • Be the point of contact between the departments of the bank (Back Office, Middle Office, Compliance and Central File) and the client.
  • Work in a diversified team in close cooperation with all the departments at the headquarters.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed bank training and 1-2 years of experience in the industry /Apprenticeship as a bank employee, or financial services sales experience.
  • Passion for sales and talent to inspire and convince prospects.
  • In addition to your French mother tongue, you have excellent proficiency in Arabic, a third language would be an asset
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, you are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact and have a sense for networking.
  • Interest in trading and the stock market
  • Ability to recognize risks and assess them according to their urgency
  • Part time 50 % or full time 100%
  • You are dynamic, willing to learn and stress-resistant
  • You have basic mathematical knowledge
  • You are a Swiss-resident or willing to relocate
  • You have a blank criminal record and certificate of non-prosecution
