We are looking for a qualified campaign and ad specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing Team. Duties:
- Create, monitor and execute paid advertising campaigns
- Evaluate performance of campaigns and develop recommendations for optimisation, including changes to bidding strategy, budgets, etc.
- Track KPIs to see where improvements are needed
- Optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Aligning with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistency and accuracy in the creation and implementation for campaigns
- Optimise RSA on a consistent basis to ensure continued engagement
- Maintain scalable and organised ad environment that can be expanded to new markets or products.
- Have the ability to run campaigns for different types of products, with different CPA objectives and different audience targets simultaneously
Profile:
- BSc degree in Marketing, Media or Communications.
- A digital native – passionate about technology, advertising and measuring success
- Proven work experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other advertising platforms.
- Experience with campaign management/measurement tools such as Looker Studio
- Technical knowledge of trafficking, tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc.
- Knowledge of traditional and innovative marketing and channels.
- Understanding of insights driven strategy and the ability to apply insights.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
- Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set
- Excellent command of English, German preferred additional language
- Knowledge of financial, banking and trading concepts
